The enormous popularity of ISA International Sign Expo mirrors the growth the sign industry itself has experienced over the last 60 years. ARVO is the largest and most respected eye and vision research organization in the world. Our members include more than 12,750 researchers from over 80 countries. ARVO encourages and assists research, training, publication and knowledge-sharing in vision and ophthalmology. This event is not open to the public.
May 10 – Orange County’s Top Talent Show (1,000 attendees)
Orange County’s Top Talent is a county-wide talent show with acts featuring singing, dancing, comedy, instrumentals, drama, and novelty performances.
Eighteen finalists will be selected through a live audition event at Edgewater High School March 8, 2014. Finalists will perform May 10, 2014 at the Linda Chapin Theatre in the Orange County Convention Center.
A percentage of the net proceeds go back to the schools through teacher grants to support visual and performing arts including instruments, art materials, equipment, sheet music and more.
May 12 – 15 – Governor’s Hurricane Conference (3,000 attendees)
