The Imprinted Sportswear Show in Orlando is the premier trade show in the Southeast. Formally in Tampa, this show attracts embroiderers and screen printers from Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina and beyond that not only cater to the local demands but also to the tourist market in the area. The demand for fashionable, souvenir t-shirts in Florida continues as travelers desire to remember vacation destinations. The ISS Orlando trade show features screen printing and special effect seminars for decorators to learn how to embellish apparel with foil and rhinestones. Minimal special effects can increase value-add to the shirt, thus increasing the retail value and price. Business seminars on pricing and marketing are also available at the Orlando trade show. Embroidery seminars are available at ISS Orlando, taught be leading experts who demonstrate the capabilities of commercial embroidery machines for sportswear. The seminar leaders show hundreds of samples with a variety of threads, cut-out designs and applique that can offer unique, customized creations that can be marketed in a variety of stores, online or from the embroiderers’ homes. In addition to single head or multi-head embroidery equipment, attendees will be able to compare and purchase the needed supplies such as specialty threads, hoops for shirts, jackets and caps, bobbins, needles, fusible and tear away backing, emblems, patches, numbers, letters and replacement parts.

ISS Orlando exhibitors include embroidery software companies that demonstrate monogramming, lettering, and computerized designs. Screen printers enjoy the ISS Orlando trade show because of the variety of screen printing equipment on display and the variety of blank garments, ready to be customized. Screen printers can choose from t-shirts and sweat shirts, plus caps, performance wear, reversible t-shirts, fleece wear, shorts, robes, school uniforms and jerseys.
