Marlow's Tavern Debuts Monthly Pairing Dinners

Neighborhood Taverns Feature Beer, Wine or Liquor Four-Course Specialty Menus

 
ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 25, 2020) – Orlando’s favorite neighborhood tavern expands its specialty pairing events with monthly dinners featuring four-courses paired with premium beer, wine or liquor selections.
 
Executive chef, CEO and co-founder John C. Metz and his talented culinary team have crafted new specialty menus to spotlight the season’s freshest ingredient and unique pairing combinations.
 
 
 
“Our mission at Marlow’s Tavern is to use the freshest, local ingredients to surprise and delight our guests,” says Metz. “With monthly pairing dinners, our chefs are having a little fun with special presentations and flavor combinations to treat our guests to something extra-special. The only limitation will be our chefs’ imaginations.”

Tuesday, Mar. 3 - Marlow’s I-Drive - Small batch bourbon dinner presented by Jim Beam

Additionally, the seasonal menu is available daily for lunch, happy hour and dinner. Seasonal food and crafted cocktail menu highlights include:
 
  • Grilled Center-Cut Filet – Featuring crispy smashed red baby potatoes and tiny green beans in a red wine demi reduction.
  • Shrimp & Grits - White Cheddar Grit Cake, Sautéed Spinach, Roma Tomato, Shallot, Roast Tomato Beurre Blanc
  • New Fashioned - Belle Meade Bourbon, Giffard Banana Liqueur, Jack Ruby Aromatic Bitters, Expressed Orange Peel on the Rock
  • Blueberry Buck - The Classic Tavern Favorite...Smirnoff Blueberry, Fresh Lime, Simple Syrup, Barritt’s Ginger Beer and Shaved Nutmeg The wine list includes a new “Sommelier Select” section showcasing hand-picked red and white wines by the bottle and glass, including Peju sauvignon blanc, Napa Valley 2018; Ramey chardonnay, Sonoma Coast 2016; Patz & Hall pinot noir, Sonoma Coast 2016; and Duckhorn merlot, Napa Valley 2016.

Marlow’s Tavern was established in 2004 with the opening of its first location in Alpharetta, Georgia, and has continued to grow over the years, adding many Atlanta-area restaurants, as well as locations throughout Orlando and Tampa, Florida.
